Ingredients

  • 200 gMarshmallows
  • 425 gApricot halves
  • 225 gApricot yoghurt
  • 1 small cartonCream
  • 1 to tasteGrated chocolate

Instructions

    Melt the marshmallows with 4 tablespoons of apricot juice in a mixing bowl over a saucepan of boiling water.

    Combine yoghurt and cream.

    Drain apricots and place them in the bottom of a dish.

  4. 4

    Stir the marshmallows into the yoghurt mixture and pour over the apricots.

    Sprinkle with the grated chocolate and refrigerate.
