Light and fluffy dessert with apricots and marshmallows

Ingredients
- 200 gMarshmallows
- 425 gApricot halves
- 225 gApricot yoghurt
- 1 small cartonCream
- 1 to tasteGrated chocolate
Instructions

Melt the marshmallows with 4 tablespoons of apricot juice in a mixing bowl over a saucepan of boiling water.

Combine yoghurt and cream.

Drain apricots and place them in the bottom of a dish.

Stir the marshmallows into the yoghurt mixture and pour over the apricots.

Sprinkle with the grated chocolate and refrigerate.
