Ingredients

  • 1 cupGluten flour
  • 1 dspSoya flour
  • 2 tbspSoya sauce
  • 1 pktFrench onion soup
  • 2 wholeEggs
  • 1 wholeOnion(chopped)
  • 1.5 cupsCold water
  • 0.5 cupQuick oats
  • 1 tinApricot nectar
  • 0.5 tinWater
  • 0.5 pktFrench onion soup(for broth)

Instructions

    Mix the flours and quick oats together and leave aside.

    Beat the eggs and water and then add the other gluten ingredients.

    Brown teaspoonfuls in a little oil.

    Mix the broth ingredients, bring to the boil and add glutens.
