- 1 dspSoya flour
- 2 tbspSoya sauce
- 1 pktFrench onion soup
- 2 wholeEggs
- 1 wholeOnion(chopped)
- 1.5 cupsCold water
- 0.5 cupQuick oats
- 1 tinApricot nectar
- 0.5 tinWater
- 0.5 pktFrench onion soup(for broth)
Instructions

Mix the flours and quick oats together and leave aside.

Beat the eggs and water and then add the other gluten ingredients.

Brown teaspoonfuls in a little oil.

Mix the broth ingredients, bring to the boil and add glutens.
