  • 0.5 cupMilk
  • 0.5 cupCream
  • 250 gVegecuts
  • 2 wholeOnions
  • 2 wholeEggs
  • 0.5 cupCheese
  • 0.5 cupTomato puree

Instructions

    Mince the vegecuts and the onions, then add the remaining ingredients.

    Pour this mixture into a tin and bake in a moderate oven for approximately 20 mins.

    Combine the tomato puree and cheese and pour over the loaf and return it to the oven for another 15 minutes.
