Cabbage Rolls
Traditional cabbage rolls filled with rice and vegetables

Ingredients
- 0.5 cupWhite rice(uncooked)
- 1 wholeOnion
- 3 clovesGarlic
- 1 handfulParsley
- 0.5 cupCheese(grated)
- 0.33 tinNutmeat
- 0.5 cupVegetable oil
- 12 largeCabbage leaves
- 1 to tasteSalt
- 0.5 lemonLemon juice
Instructions

Soften the cabbage leaves in hot water and bruise the centre veins to make them rollable.

Finely chop and combine the remaining ingredients and place spoonfuls onto the leaves.

Roll the leaves tightly and place them in a pressure cooker with ½ cup oil.

Allow the rolls to sizzle gently while others are being rolled and stacked in.

Add sufficient water, with the juice of half a lemon, to reach the bottom of the top layer of cabbage rolls.

Cook under pressure for 25 minutes. Remove from stove but do not depressurize.

Serve hot with vegetables. Use the remaining liquid for gravy.
