Cheesecake (Cherry Topped)
Classic no-bake cheesecake with cherry topping

Ingredients
- 180 gPlain biscuits
- 90 gButter(melted)
- 250 gCream cheese
- 400 gCondensed milk
- 0.33 cupLemon juice
- 1 tinCherries
- 1 tbspArrowroot

Crush the biscuits and add the butter. Mix well and press into a round dish, chill.

Beat the cream cheese until soft and gradually beat in the condensed milk.

Add the lemon juice and mix well.

Pour into chilled base, then return to refrigerator.

Drain the cherries, keeping the syrup, and arrange them on top of the cheesecake.

Boil the syrup and add the arrowroot. Stir continuously while boiling until thickened.

Spoon over the cherries.
