Ingredients

  • 500 gPotatoes(peeled, sliced)
  • 1 sheetPuff pastry
  • 1 cupCheese(grated)
  • 1 wholeOnion(sliced thinly)
  • 1 tbspFresh parsley(chopped)
  • 1 tbspFresh basil(chopped)
  • 1 tspFresh rosemary
  • 1 to tasteSalt and pepper
  • 0.5 cupMilk

Instructions

    Line the base and sides of a round cake tin or flan dish with pastry.

    Scatter half the cheese over base of pastry.

  3. 3

    Layer with potatoes, onions, herbs, salt and pepper.

    Top with remaining cheese and pour milk over.

    Brush pastry edge with extra milk.

    Bake in preheated 220°C oven for 40 minutes.
