Cheesy Rice Balls
Crispy rice balls with corn and parmesan, served with mustard sauce

Ingredients
- 2 cupsBoiling water
- 1 pktTomato soup
- 1 cupShort grain rice(rinsed)
- 40 gParmesan cheese
- 1 tinCreamed corn
- 0.33 cupBreadcrumbs
- 0.5 cupNatural yogurt
- 2 tspMustard
- 1 tspBrown sugar

Mix tomato soup in the water, add the rice and cook in the microwave on high for 10-11 minutes.

When cooked add the cheese and corn, mix well.

Allow to cool and shape into small balls.

Roll in the bread crumbs and heat in a hot oven for approx. 15 minutes.

For the dipping sauce combine all the ingredients and mix well.
