Cheesy Rice Balls

Crispy rice balls with corn and parmesan, served with mustard sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 cupsBoiling water
  • 1 pktTomato soup
  • 1 cupShort grain rice(rinsed)
  • 40 gParmesan cheese
  • 1 tinCreamed corn
  • 0.33 cupBreadcrumbs
  • 0.5 cupNatural yogurt
  • 2 tspMustard
  • 1 tspBrown sugar

Instructions

    Mix tomato soup in the water, add the rice and cook in the microwave on high for 10-11 minutes.

    When cooked add the cheese and corn, mix well.

    Allow to cool and shape into small balls.

    Roll in the bread crumbs and heat in a hot oven for approx. 15 minutes.

    For the dipping sauce combine all the ingredients and mix well.
