Chocolate Pudding
Self-saucing chocolate pudding with rich chocolate sauce

Ingredients
- 1 tbspButter
- 0.5 cupSugar
- 1 wholeEgg
- 1 cupSR flour
- 2 dspCocoa
- 0.5 cupMilk
- 1 tspVanilla essence
- 0.5 cupSugar(extra)
- 2 dspCocoa(extra)
- 1.5 cupsBoiling water
Instructions

Cream butter and sugar. Add vanilla and egg, beat well.

Fold in sifted flour and cocoa alternatively with milk.

Place mixture into a greased oven proof dish.

Sprinkle on top, combined extra sugar and cocoa.

Finally pour boiling water gently over the pudding.

Bake in a 180°C oven for 35-40 minutes.
