Cream Puffs
Classic choux pastry puffs perfect for filling with cream

Ingredients
- 1 tbspButter
- 1 cupWater
- 1 cupSR flour
- 3 wholeEggs
Instructions

Put butter and water in a saucepan and bring to boil.

Remove from heat and stir in flour.

Return to heat for a further 15 minutes.

Empty into a bowl and cool slightly.

Add the eggs one at a time, beat until smooth.

Put dessertpoonfuls onto a greased tray.

Cook at 250°C for 15 minutes, reduce to 200°C for 30 minutes.
