Ingredients
- 375 gFresh pasta
- 2 tbspSugar
- 0.33 cupWhite vinegar
- 1 wholeZucchini(cut into sticks)
- 250 mlMayonnaise
- 0.25 cupBlack olives(sliced)
- 0.25 tspPepper
- 0.5 wholeRed capsicum(cut into sticks)
- 0.5 cupOlive oil
- 0.5 wholeGreen capsicum(cut into sticks)
- 0.25 wholeOnion(finely chopped)
- 250 gCherry tomatoes(quartered)
- 1 cloveGarlic(chopped)
- 1 tbspFresh parsley

Cook pasta according to package directions.

Blend mayonnaise, vinegar, pepper, oil, onion, garlic and sugar.

Add capsicums, olives and zucchini to cooked pasta.

Add cherry tomatoes and sprinkle with parsley.
