Ingredients

  • 2 cupsShell noodles
  • 2 wholeOnions
  • 3 wholeApples
  • 3 wholeGreen capsicums
  • 0.5 cupPeanuts
  • 0.5 cupRaisins
  • 0.5 cupSultanas
  • 1.5 cupsMayonnaise
  • 3 dspChutney
  • 3 tspCurry powder

Instructions

    Cook the shell noodles according to package directions.

    Roughly chop the onions, apples and capsicums.

    Add peanuts, sultanas and raisins to the chopped ingredients, and then add shell noodles.

    Mix mayonnaise, chutney and curry powder together.

    Stir through the remaining ingredients.
