Ingredients

  • 2 LVanilla ice cream
  • 125 gDark chocolate
  • 60 gGlazed cherries(halved)
  • 60 gMixed peel
  • 125 gSultanas
  • 125 gRaisins(chopped)
  • 125 gDates(chopped)
  • 60 gCurrants
  • 2 tbspFruit juice
  • 2 tspMixed spice
  • 125 gAlmonds(chopped)
  • 125 gWhipped cream
  • 2 wholeViolet crumble bars(crushed)

    Soak fruit in juice overnight.

    Allow ice cream to soften slightly and melt chocolate.

    Mix fruit, spices, nuts and chocolate.

    Blend in cream and ice cream.
