Gluten Mock Chicken
Protein-rich gluten loaf with herbs and seasoning

Ingredients
- 1 pktFrench onion soup
- 3 wholeEggs
- 1 tspMixed herbs
- 0.75 cupOil
- 1 tspSalt
- 1 cupCold water
- 1 cupDry breadcrumbs
- 2 cupsBoiling water
- 1 tspMarmite
- 1 cupGluten flour

Beat eggs, add cold water and pour over breadcrumbs.

Add herbs and french onion soup.

Dissolve marmite and oil in boiling water and add to above mixture.

Add gluten flour and carefully mix.

Pour into greased casserole dish and bake in moderate oven for 45-50 minutes or until set.
