Gluten Steaks
Fried gluten steaks with yeast and gravy flavoring

Ingredients
- 2 tbspTorula yeast
- 2 tbspGravy quick
- 2 tbspSoya sauce
- 2 cupsWater
- 2 cupsGluten flour
- 1 pktFrench onion soup
- 1 wholeEgg
- 1 cupBreadcrumbs
Instructions

Mix together yeast, gravy, soya sauce and water, then add the gluten flour.

Put the french onion soup in 8 cups boiling water to make a broth.

Take a small piece of mixture, flatten in hand and drop into the boiling broth.

Simmer for half to 3 quarters of an hour.

Drain and dip into beaten egg, roll in breadcrumbs and fry.
