Ingredients

  • 1 tbspButter
  • 0.5 cupSugar
  • 1 cupSR flour
  • 1 wholeEgg
  • 1 to tasteMilk
  • 2 tbspGolden syrup
  • 2 cupsHot water
  • 0.5 cupCoconut

Instructions

    Cream butter and sugar, add egg, milk and flour.

    Place into dish.

    Pour over golden syrup, hot water and coconut.

    Bake at 160°C for 30 minutes.
