Grape, Apple and Pecan Salad
Elegant fruit salad with toasted pecans and creamy dressing

Ingredients
- 0.5 cupPecan nuts
- 2 wholeCelery sticks(sliced)
- 2 wholeRed apples
- 1 cupNatural yoghurt
- 1 tbspLemon juice
- 1 tbspSour cream
- 500 gRed grapes

Place pecans into a dry frying pan and shake over low heat until they toast to a golden brown.

Tip onto a plate to cool.

Core and dice apples, grapes and celery and mix gently with yoghurt and sour cream.

Just before serving, top with toasted pecan nuts.
