Impossible Pie
Self-crusting pie that forms its own base while baking

Ingredients
- 0.33 cupPlain flour
- 1.5 cupsMilk
- 3 wholeEggs(lightly beaten)
- 3 wholeSpring onions(sliced)
- 1 cupCheese(grated)
- 2 tbspParsley(chopped)
- 1 small tinCorn kernels(drained)
- 1 to tasteFresh herbs(to garnish)
Instructions

Lightly grease a shallow 23cm flan dish.

Blend flour with milk, add eggs and beat well.

Stir in remaining ingredients except garnish.

Pour mixture into flan dish and cook in slow oven, 160°C for 1 hour until set.

Serve with fresh herbs to garnish.
