Ingredients

  • 0.33 cupPlain flour
  • 1.5 cupsMilk
  • 3 wholeEggs(lightly beaten)
  • 3 wholeSpring onions(sliced)
  • 1 cupCheese(grated)
  • 2 tbspParsley(chopped)
  • 1 small tinCorn kernels(drained)
  • 1 to tasteFresh herbs(to garnish)

Instructions

    Lightly grease a shallow 23cm flan dish.

    Blend flour with milk, add eggs and beat well.

  3. 3

    Stir in remaining ingredients except garnish.

    Pour mixture into flan dish and cook in slow oven, 160°C for 1 hour until set.

    Serve with fresh herbs to garnish.
