Lamb Gluten
Vegetarian 'lamb' made with gluten and herbs

Ingredients
- 1.5 cupsWater
- 2 tbspTorula yeast
- 0.5 pktFrench onion soup
- 1 wholeEgg
- 1 cupGluten flour
- 1 to tasteSalt
- 1 tspHerbs
- 2 tbspOil
Instructions

Blend all ingredients together then add gluten flour.

Brown in 2 tbsp of oil.

Mix the other half of the french onion soup with 1½ cups of water.

Pour over the lamb in a casserole dish and bake in a moderate oven for 45 minutes.
