  • 180 gBiscuits(crushed)
  • 90 gButter(melted)
  • 400 gCondensed milk
  • 0.5 cupLemon juice
  • 1 lemonLemon rind
  • 3 wholeEgg yolks
  • 3 wholeEgg whites
  • 0.5 cupCastor sugar

Instructions

    Combine crushed biscuits with the melted butter and press into a greased pie plate.

    Combine condensed milk with lemon juice and rind with beaten egg yolks.

    Spoon mixture into the crust.

    Beat egg whites until stiff, gradually add in sugar.
