Macaroni Roast
Hearty macaroni loaf with nuts and vegetables

Ingredients
- 2 wholeStock cubes
- 1 cupDry breadcrumbs
- 2 tbspGravy powder
- 2 cupsMacaroni
- 0.5 cupSweet chilli sauce
- 1 wholeOnion(chopped)
- 0.5 cupWalnuts
- 2 wholeEggs
- 2 tbspPeanut butter
- 0.5 tspSalt
- 1 tbspParsley
- 1 tspSweet basil

Boil the macaroni until cooked.

Soak breadcrumbs for 5 minutes, blend the sweet chilli sauce, onion, walnuts, salt peanut butter and eggs in with the breadcrumbs.

Mince the macaroni and add to the breadcrumb mixture.

Blend all together and steam for 1½ hours or bake for ¾ hour in the oven.
