Ingredients

  • 0.5 tinNutmeat
  • 1 cupRice(cooked)
  • 1 wholeOnion(grated)
  • 2 dspTomato sauce
  • 2 wholeEggs(beaten)
  • 1 cupBreadcrumbs

Instructions

    Fry onion, place ingredients into a bowl and mix.

    Shape into sausages and fry.

    This mixture can also be used as a roast, cook for 1 hr in the oven. Can be served hot or cold.
