Nutmeat Loaf
Savory loaf with pineapple topping and vegetables

Ingredients
- 2 wholeCarrots(grated)
- 60 gCheese(grated)
- 0.5 smallOnion(finely chopped)
- 1 tinNutmeat
- 0.5 tspMarmite
- 0.33 cupTomato juice
- 1 wholeEgg
- 1 tbspOil
- 1 tin 430gPineapple slices
Instructions

Drain sliced pineapple. Grease loaf tin and place pineapple slices on the base.

Combine remaining ingredients mixing well and pack firmly into the loaf tin.

Top with extra slices of pineapple, cover with foil and bake in moderate oven for 1½ hrs.

Cool slightly, remove from tin and serve hot.
