Ingredients
- 1.75 cupsSR flour
- 0.5 tspBaking powder
- 1 tbspCastor sugar
- 2 wholeEggs(lightly beaten)
- 1.5 cupsMilk
- 30 gButter(melted)
Instructions

Sift flour, baking powder and sugar into a bowl.

Combine eggs, milk and butter in a jug, whisk until combined.

Gradually whisk egg mixture into dry ingredients. Whisk to a smooth batter.

Heat greased pan, pour ¼ cup batter into pan and cook over medium heat until bubbles appear.

Turn and cook other side until lightly brown. Repeat with remaining batter.
