Rich no-bake cheesecake with white chocolate and dark chocolate swirl

- 185 gChocolate biscuits(crushed)
- 90 gButter(melted)
- 500 gCream cheese(softened)
- 400 gCondensed milk
- 200 gWhite chocolate melts(melted)
- 300 mlCream
- 1 tbspGelatine
- 0.25 cupBoiling water
- 100 gDark chocolate melts(melted)

Combine biscuit crumbs and butter, press into base and refrigerate until firm.

Beat cream cheese and condensed milk until smooth.

Beat in white melts, then beat in cream.

Combine gelatine and water, stir until dissolved.

Beat gelatine into cheese cake mixture, spoon over crumb crust.

Swirl dark melts through cheese cake mixture, refrigerate until firm.
